This tier is meant to prevent website decay. We do this with a quarterly read of the site analytics in plain language. Sometimes we will recommend a slight change or two, and we will ask you if there are any business or content updates that are needed.

Essential is meant to keep your site healthy. Care is more proactive in putting your analytics to work: a monthly read instead of quarterly, with a strategy recommendation plan.

Ideally we can be live in two to three weeks. Sometimes a bit quicker.
No matter which tier you get, your website is managed and kept fresh by our software-by-design model. It isn't deployed and left to rot. It's updated on a cadence appropriate to your tier.

What am I paying on day one?
The one-time $500 +tx build fee, plus the first payment on the tier you choose. For example, if you choose Essential hosting on a pay-as-you-go basis ($50/month), your day-one invoice will be $550 +tx, then $50 a month after. If you choose prepaid annual, your day-one cost is $980 +tx, saving $120.
What does a website cost?
Every build has a one-time $500 +tx build fee. This is separate from the hosting and management fee.
How long does it take?
Two to three weeks. You see a prototype before launch and get up to two visual revision rounds.
Do I need a French version of my website in Quebec?
Yes. Every Pandora build ships in English and French, both written properly, not run through a translator. The language laws change and carry fines, and we keep your site current as they do.
Do I own the website?
Your data and your website are yours, documented in writing. The custom code and the backend are contractually yours.
What happens after the site launches?
It gets maintained. Most agencies host a site and leave it there, current only for as long as you keep feeding it content. We run it like software, on structured updates you don't have to ask for.
Do you work outside Montreal?
We build from the West Island and work across Montreal and Quebec. The work is remote, so location isn't a constraint.
