Sai: terms of sale

1. What you can buy

The Sai report, $99 (on your receipt: AI Visibility and User Intent Engineering Scan). We check every page of your site against 24 criteria; a check that needs access you haven't given us is marked, with the reason. We check whether ChatGPT, Google and Perplexity name your business when someone asks the kind of question your customers ask, and who they name instead. You get a written report with every fix and instructions you or your developer can apply. At this price we don't change your site.

Applied fixes, $650 (on your receipt: AI and Intent Engineering, applied every page). A person applies every fix in your report to your live site. It's sold only after the report, because the report defines the work. The $99 is not credited toward it.

Sai Watch, $49 a month. Every month we re-scan every page, re-check your access files, your structured data and your booking path against that month's standards, fix everything the check finds broken, ask your customers' questions again in ChatGPT, Google and Perplexity, and send you one plain-language email. Watch starts from a site that passes the scan.

2. Prices and tax

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is through our payment processor, Stripe, by card or the other methods shown at checkout. Watch is charged monthly on the day you started it.

3. What we need from you

For the report: your site address and the answers to a few intake questions.

For applied fixes and Watch: access to your site, and a recent backup that you confirm before we start. We don't begin changes without both.

Accurate information. If what you give us is wrong, the work may be wrong.

4. When we deliver

We tell you when the work starts and when it's done. We don't promise a delivery time as a guarantee.

5. No guarantee

AI platforms and search engines decide on their own what they show and recommend, and they change on their own schedule. We don't guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or any other result. What we promise is the work described above. You can check it yourself: run the free scan, read your access files, and test your structured data with public tools such as Google's Rich Results Test.

6. Refunds

We don't offer refunds, at any price. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or other law that can't be waived. Where such a law gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, it applies.

7. Cancelling Sai Watch

Cancel any time, in one step, from the link in every Sai Watch email. Cancelling stops the next charge. The month already paid runs to its end, and we don't refund part of a month. The fixes already made stay on your site.

8. Who owns what

The report is yours. Changes made to your site are yours. We keep our tools, methods and scanner.

9. Limit of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the purchase the claim is about. This doesn't limit any responsibility the law doesn't allow us to limit.

10. Your information

We handle your information as our Privacy Policy describes.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and of Canada that apply there.
